If you use our Fee-Based Product during that next period, you will not be entitled to a refund. Annual account subscriptions will expire beginning on the next Billing Cycle Date for the account and you will not be entitled to a prorated refund of any payments. Annual subscriptions require a one-year commitment to qualify for reduced rates.

General

The laws of the State of Florida, excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules, will govern this agreement. This agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. You may bring no action arising under this agreement more than one year after the cause of action has accrued. The exclusive jurisdiction for any action arising under this agreement shall be the Courts of Clay County, State of Flordia.
